Assistant Registrar: Master's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. Requires 6 years of relevant experience in Pay Level 6 and above or equivalent, or 3 years in Pay Level 7 and above or equivalent. Experience in areas like Finance & Accounts, Establishment, Materials Management, Academics, Student Welfare, R&D, Secretarial Services, Hostel Management, Legal, Contracts, or similar is essential. Junior Superintendent: Bachelor's Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent CGPA. Requires at least 5 years of requisite experience at clerical/supervisory level in areas such as Finance and accounts, Establishment, Materials management, Academics, Student Welfare, R&D, Secretarial Services, Hostel Management, Legal, Contracts, or similar. Junior Technical Superintendent: Maximum age limit is 34 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India norms for SC/ST (5 Years), OBC (NCL) (3 Years), ESM and PwBD (As per Govt. of India norms). Current Regular Employees of IIT Dharwad are eligible for 5 years of age relaxation.
