Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad, Office of the Dean (Research & Development) has officially released the notification for engagement of 02 Project Associate-II positions under Sanction No. DRD/PROJECT/0239/2025-26 dated August 14, 2025 and IIT (ISM) Project No. MISC 0239. Design, Development & Upgradation of Abhikalp – the in-house Human Resource Management System (HRMS) of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. Candidates will be involved in full-stack development, feature enhancement, maintenance, and implementation of new modules using modern web technologies.

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated fellowship of Rs. 28,000/- per month + 16% House Rent Allowance (HRA), totaling approximately Rs. 32,480/- per month.

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic qualifications, experience, and merit. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview. Final selection is subject to performance in the interview and verification of original documents. Mere fulfillment of minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview call.

This is a purely temporary project-based position. No claim for regular appointment in IIT (ISM) Dhanbad after completion. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Candidates must make their own arrangements for travel and stay in Dhanbad. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
