IIT (ISM) Dhanbad is recruiting 1 Research Assistant post with Post Graduate qualification in Social Sciences. Last date to apply is 12 July 2026.

The Research Assistant will support research on Shruti and Smriti Conceptions of the Indian Family System. Responsibilities include conducting literature reviews on Sanskrit and Indian philosophical texts, collecting and analysing primary and secondary sources, assisting with translation and interpretation of classical texts, maintaining research databases, preparing reports and manuscripts, organising workshops and academic events, and supporting project documentation.

Fellowship: Rs. 37,000 INR per month No additional allowances mentioned Tenure: 1 Year or till the end of the project
