• Only citizens of India are eligible to apply; the post is subject to All India Service Liability including Field Service. PBX Board handling experience of minimum 6 months is mandatory - no application will be accepted without the Experience Certificate. No hard copy applications will be accepted - submission via official email only ([email protected]). No application fee is required; no TA/DA is admissible for Written Test, Practical Test, and Interview. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated via call letters sent to their registered email ID only - department not responsible for non-receipt of call letters. Screening of applications may be done based on Matriculation/10th Board marks percentage to reduce the number of candidates for Written Examination. Merely fulfilling the basic selection criteria does not automatically entitle a person to be called for test/interview. Persons working in Central/State Govt/PSU must apply through proper channel with NOC from their establishment. Ex-Servicemen candidates must enclose self-attested photocopy of complete discharge book along with the undertaking format provided with the application. EWS candidates must provide income/asset certificate from the competent authority. Candidates must carry originals of all documents for verification while appearing for examination along with two additional self-attested photographs. Falsification of documents at any stage will lead to cancellation of candidature. Attempts to influence the selection process or use of unfair means (forgery, impersonation, false information) may lead to termination of candidature or legal action. The Appointing Authority has the right to cancel/postpone/suspend/terminate/modify the notification without prior notice at any stage. Recruitment Board's decision will be final in all matters.
