IOCL has announced 3 vacancies for its upcoming PBR Plant and PBR Business Marketing Group. All posts are Unreserved and not identified for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates.

Selected candidates will be placed on the pay scale below with the stated initial basic pay, plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances as per Corporation rules. Other allowances/benefits include HRA/Subsidized Housing Accommodation (depending on place of posting), Medical facilities, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme, Leave Encashment, Leave Travel Concession (LTC)/Leave Fare Assistance (LFA), Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme, Conveyance Advance/Maintenance Reimbursement, and Performance Related Pay (PRP), as per Corporation rules. The gross valuation of remuneration indicated above is inclusive of PRP; actual remuneration may vary based on place of posting, Corporation performance, and individual appraisal.

Eligibility of candidates is verified prior to the Personal Interview; only candidates meeting the eligibility criteria and having uploaded relevant, valid documents proceed further.
