There is a total of 01 vacancy available for the Project Assistant position under the research project titled "Design & Deployment of Smart Weather Stations for Hyperlocal Data-Driven Precision Horticulture in J&K".

Payment of salary is subject to release of funds by the funding agency.

Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on merit and called for an interview in physical mode before the Selection Committee at the IUST, Awantipora campus.

Only eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on merit and called for interview in physical mode before the Selection Committee at the IUST, Awantipora campus. The Selection Committee reserves the right not to fill up the post in case the Committee didn't find any candidate suitable for the position. The engagement is purely temporary, performance-based and co-terminus with the project. The selected candidate must join within 07 days from the date of issuance of the appointment order. The University reserves the right to cancel the post without assigning any reason. In case a selected candidate wishes to resign before completion of the engagement, a one-month notice or one month's emoluments in lieu thereof shall be required. No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the interview.
