JEPC has listed 106 vacancies under five recruitment categories: senior professional management, mid-level management, IT, accounts and civil works. The following table provides the post-wise vacancy distribution and consolidated monthly remuneration.

Candidates must possess the educational qualifications and relevant experience prescribed for the post. Different positions require qualifications in management, communication, computer science, finance, accounting, education or civil engineering. Qualification: Master's degree in Management, HR Management or Personnel Management from a recognized institution with the prescribed minimum marks. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR management. Key Responsibilities: Human resource planning, personnel management, recruitment support, employee training, performance monitoring and HR database management. Qualification: Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or another specified communication-related discipline with the prescribed minimum marks. The selected candidates will receive consolidated monthly remuneration according to their posts. The advertised salary ranges from Rs. 26,923 to Rs. 66,251 per month. Annual increment of 3%, subject to satisfactory performance. Possible revision of basic monthly honorarium as decided by the JEPC State Executive Committee. Applicable project, house rent, medical and conveyance allowances. Retiral benefits as applicable under the relevant government and JEPC provisions.

Payment Mode: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or UPI through the JEPC application portal after submitting the application form. The application processing fee is non-refundable. Payment through cash, IPO or demand draft is not accepted.

The shortlisting of candidates for interview will follow the applicable category-wise qualifying criteria. The recruitment notice also provides rules for awarding work experience marks to eligible candidates.

Written Test Duration: 3 hours. The examination is described as an MCQ/OMR-based test. Maximum marks: 20 Duration: 1 hour Questions are based on the functional requirements of the relevant post category. The final examination instructions and applicability of the computer-based assessment should be confirmed through the official JEPC recruitment portal.

The advertised appointments are on a short-term contractual basis. The initial contract period is one year and may be extended based on satisfactory performance and programme requirements. JEPC also provides for annual performance assessment for continuation or extension of the contract. Appointment does not, by itself, establish permanent government employment.

Reservation will be governed by the applicable Jharkhand Government rules. Candidates claiming reservation benefits must possess the required certificates in the prescribed format.
