Kerala CSEB Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 133 DEO, Junior Clerk and More Posts

The last date to submit the online application for all 7 advertisements (Advt. No. 15/2026 to 21/2026) is June 30, 2026. Applications must be submitted through the CSEB portal at www.cseb.kerala.gov.in. Postal applications are not accepted.

CSEB Kerala has released 7 notifications with vacancies across multiple cooperative banks statewide. The posts include Secretary (3 vacancies across 3 banks), Assistant Secretary/Chief Accountant (2 vacancies), Junior Clerk across Super Grade, Special Grade/Class-I, and Class-II to VII banks (large number across dozens of banks), System Administrator (2 vacancies), and Data Entry Operator (4 vacancies).

The age limit, calculated as on January 1, 2026, is minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years. SC/ST candidates get 5 years relaxation, OBC/EWS get 3 years, Persons with Disability (40%+) get 5 years, and widows get 5 years relaxation.

One Time Registration (OTR) is a one-time profile creation on the CSEB portal that is mandatory before applying for any CSEB advertisement. Once your OTR is complete, you can use those credentials to apply for any current or future CSEB advertisements without re-entering your basic details. However, completing OTR alone does not constitute an application - you must separately apply for each specific advertisement you wish to be considered for.

For Junior Clerk posts (Advt. 17, 18, 19), the minimum qualification is SSLC (or equivalent) AND the Personal Co-operative Training Course - Junior Diploma in Co-operation (JDC/NDC). The JDC is conducted by KSCU (Kerala State Co-operative Union) and is the mandatory basic cooperative qualification. Candidates who additionally hold a degree, B.Com with cooperation, or Cooperative Higher Diploma (HDC/HDC&BM) are also eligible.

For general category candidates, the fee is ₹150 for the first bank/society and ₹50 for each additional bank/society applied under the same advertisement. SC/ST candidates pay ₹50 for the first institution and ₹50 for each additional. All fees attract 18% GST as per the Government Order dated 13/08/2024. Fees must be paid online through the CSEB portal.

The CSEB written examination consists of 100 questions carrying 1 mark each (total 100 marks). For Junior Clerk posts (Advt. 17, 18, 19), the exam is OMR-based (offline). For Secretary, Assistant Secretary, System Administrator, and DEO posts (Advt. 15, 16, 20, 21), it is an online computer-based examination. A minimum of 4 marks (out of the 20 marks allocated per bank for interview) is required for interview eligibility.
