- 1Applications must be submitted online only through the official website of the Kerala Public Service Commission at www.keralapsc.gov.in via the One Time Registration (OTR) system. Applications submitted in any other manner will be summarily rejected. New users must first complete One Time Registration on the KPSC website before applying. Candidates who have already registered can apply by logging into their profile using their User-ID and Password and clicking on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective post in the Notification Link.
- 2Candidates must apply for the post in only one district and note the name of that district in the relevant column of the online application. Applying for more than one district in response to this notification is strictly prohibited - if found, the applications will be rejected and disciplinary action will be initiated. No application fee is required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of personal information and secrecy of password. After final submission, no changes or deletions are permitted. Candidates are advised to keep a printout or soft copy of the online application for future reference.
- 3If a Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted, candidates must submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile within the stipulated period - failing which the application will be rejected absolutely. Candidates who have AADHAAR card must add it as Identity Proof in their profile. Original documents to prove qualification, age, community etc. have to be produced as and when called for by the Commission.

Important Instructions
- Applications must be submitted online only through the KPSC One Time Registration portal - applications in any other manner will be summarily rejected. Candidates must apply for only one district; applying for more than one district will lead to rejection of all applications and disciplinary action. Candidates appointed in Idukki, Wayanad, or Kasargod districts will not be eligible for working arrangement, deputation, transfer, or mutual transfer for at least ten years, and promotion will also be limited to those districts. No application fee is required for this post. Candidates already in Government service holding the same post in any district are prohibited from applying again for this post. 4% of vacancies are reserved for Differently Abled candidates as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. Candidates must submit confirmation for the examination through their OTR profile within the stipulated period - failure to do so will result in absolute rejection of the application. Admission Tickets will be available for download only to candidates who have submitted confirmation, 15 days prior to the examination date. Candidates with AADHAAR card must add it as Identity Proof in their profile. Profile corrections made after the last date of application will not be reflected in the application - such corrections take effect only from the date on which they are made. Candidates must ensure that the photograph uploaded in the profile has the candidate's name and date of photograph printed legibly at the bottom portion; photograph is valid for 10 years from the date of taking. Disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure 1976 shall be initiated against candidates who submit applications with bogus claims of qualifications or other details.
