- 1Candidates must apply online only through the Recruitment Portal on the KVAFSU website www.kvafsu.edu.in. No other mode of application will be accepted. Applicants must first register on the Recruitment Portal, after which they can fill up the prescribed online application form. Separate applications with separate registration fees must be submitted for each post applied for. After successful submission, the fee payment link will appear - fee payment must be completed for the application to be valid. The eligibility of the candidate will be determined as on the last date of submission of application i.e. 20-06-2026.

Important Instructions
- Online mode of application is mandatory - no other mode will be accepted. Application portal opens on 22-05-2026 at 10:00 AM and closes on 20-06-2026 at 5:00 PM. Separate applications with separate registration fees must be submitted for each post applied for. Only information submitted online (including uploaded documents and research publication details) will be considered for eligibility, Academic Score, and shortlisting - no additional claims at document verification stage. Incomplete applications will be rejected - filling all mandatory fields is required. No changes are permitted after submitting the application form. Mere eligibility does not entitle any candidate for being called for interview - applicants with higher qualifications and merit will be given preference. Knowledge of Kannada is mandatory for all posts. Candidates who did not study Kannada at SSLC level must qualify in Kannada Language Test (max 150 marks, minimum 50%) before being called for interview. Kalyana Karnataka Cadre posts are reserved exclusively for local candidates of the Kalyana Karnataka region. Local candidates appointed to Residual Cadre posts shall not be eligible to claim Article 371(J) reservation benefits during entire service period. Candidates of Veterinary Science must upload valid KVC/VCI registration - signature and expiry date must be clearly visible; incomplete/poor visibility leads to rejection. Candidates previously selected in KVAFSU teaching recruitments who did not join - if they apply again and fail to join after selection, they will be made ineligible for all future KVAFSU recruitments. Selected candidates will be entitled for New Pension Scheme as per Govt. order No. FD(SN) 04 PET 2006 dated 31.03.2006 and as amended from time to time. The University reserves the right to withdraw any advertised post at any time without giving any reason. Canvassing in any form will be liable to disqualification. No interim correspondence shall be entertained. In case of any dispute/ambiguity in the selection process, the decision of the University shall be final.
