Ladakh Police Constable Recruitment 2026 Notification Out - Apply Online for 331 Posts

The last date for submission of the online application was 15 September 2026 . A separate notice dated 11 September 2026 from LPSSRB confirmed that no further extension would be granted beyond this date.

The 331 Constable vacancies are distributed across three cadre/unit groups: Executive/Armed/IRP/SDRF, Border Battalion, and Women Battalion. Border Battalion and Women Battalion vacancies are further divided district-wise, and candidates may apply for these two groups only against their domicile district.

Candidates must have passed 10th Class/Matriculation from a recognised Board of School Education. Serving Special Police Officers (SPOs) of Ladakh Police who have completed at least three years of continuous engagement on the last date of submission of applications are eligible with an 8th Pass qualification, subject to fulfilment of all other prescribed conditions. The qualification must have been acquired on or before the last date fixed for submission of online application forms. The fee is payable only online, via Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI, through the Recruitment Application Software (RAS) at the time of submitting the online application. Applications submitted without the prescribed fee are summarily rejected, and the fee once paid is not refunded.

The selection process consists of the following stages, in order: Male candidates: Height 162 cm minimum; Chest 81 cm unexpanded minimum, 85 cm expanded minimum.
