Seat Acceptance and Confirmation Process

Candidates allotted a seat in Round 4 must complete the following steps within the confirmation window ending September 8, 2026:

• Self-verification: Log in and verify your personal details, category, qualifying marks, and reservation claims as submitted during registration.
• Seat acceptance fee payment: Pay the applicable seat acceptance fee online through the candidate login. The exact fee amount was not specified in available reports; check your login dashboard or the official notification for the current fee.
• Reporting to the institute: Physically or as instructed by the college, report to the allotted institute with original documents for final admission confirmation and fee payment.
• Grievance submission: If there is a discrepancy between your submitted details and the allotment shown, raise a grievance through the online portal within the window specified (typically 2- 3 days).

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Complete self-verification and fee payment strictly within the deadline; the CET Cell has stated that failure to complete any step on time may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
• Keep your login credentials (application ID and password) secure and readily accessible during the confirmation window, as portal traffic tends to be high closer to the deadline.
• Do not wait until the last day to make the fee payment, since payment gateway delays can cause the deadline to be missed.
• Cross-check the institute, course, and category shown on your allotment letter carefully before accepting; raise a grievance immediately if you notice an error.
• Since Round 4 is the final centralised round, candidates who wish to try for a different college afterward will need to do so through the Institute Level round, not through CAP.
