Vegetable Science: Master degree in subject Vegetable Science, Floriculture and Land Scaping Architecture and Agronomy at least 55% marks (or its equivalent grade 6.50 in 10:00 scales) with good academic record. Floriculture and Land Scaping Architecture & Agronomy: For candidates having Master's degree, NET (National Eligibility Test) shall remain compulsory along with one publication in NAAS (National Academy of Ag. Science, New Delhi) rated referred journal for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor/Guest Teacher and equivalent in the disciplines in which NET is conducted. Essentially of NET can be waived off for the candidates holding Ph.D. Degree provided it has been done with course work as prescribed by the UGC Regulations 2009, and the candidates has at least two full length publications having a NAAS rating not less than 4, on the last date of submission of application.

Candidates are invited to appear for a Walk-in- Interview for the contractual position of Guest teacher. Selection is based on walk-in-interview.

The candidates shall apply through Speed Post/registered Post only in prescribed format. Incomplete applications shall be rejected. The post of Guest Teacher is purely temporary for Six Month or till the appointment of regular teacher, whichever is earlier. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for appearing Interview. The candidates shall bring all original documents along with 01 set of photocopy for verification on the date of interview failing which they will not be allowed for appearing in interview. After selection the candidates have to submit affidavit on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/- as per format to agree the terms and conditions prescribed by University.
