The advertised posts carry different Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pay scales based on their grade and responsibilities. These figures are notified pay scales, not fixed take-home salaries. Pay and benefits for deputation appointments will be governed by the applicable DoPT, DPE and Government of India guidelines.

Selected candidates appointed on regular or contractual basis must execute the prescribed surety bond under the MMRCL Surety and Training Cost Recovery Bond Policy, revised on 13 January 2026. Bond Service Period: The service period for regular appointments is three years. For contractual appointments, it is one year less than the contract duration, subject to a maximum of three years.
