MMRCL Recruitment 2026 Notification Out - Apply Online for 25 Assistant, Jr Engineer and More Posts

A total of 25 vacancies have been announced across 19 different post categories, including General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Manager (Finance), Deputy Engineer, Assistant Manager, Systems Analyst/Jr. Engg‑I, Draftsman, Junior Engineer‑II (S&T) and Assistant (IT).

The online registration starts on 27th May 2026 (10:00 Hrs.) and closes on 26th June 2026 (23:59 Hrs.). The eligibility cut‑off date for age, qualification and experience is 1st May 2026, and applications submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

Pay scales are as per IDA pattern: E8 (GM): ₹1,20,000 – 2,80,000 E5 (DGM): ₹80,000 – 2,20,000 E4 (AGM): ₹70,000 – 2,00,000 E3 (Manager): ₹60,000 – 1,80,000 E2 (Dy. Engineer/Assistant Manager): ₹50,000 – 1,60,000 W7 (Systems Analyst/Jr. Engg‑I): ₹40,320 – 77,540 W6 (Draftsman/Jr. Engineer‑II): ₹35,280 – 67,920 W5 (Assistant IT): ₹34,020 – 64,310.

The maximum age varies by grade as on 1st May 2026: General Manager (E8): 53 years DGM/AGM (E5–E4): 40 years Manager (E3): 35 years Deputy Engineer/Assistant Manager (E2): 35 years Systems Analyst/Jr. Engg‑I (W7): 40 years Draftsman/Jr. Engineer‑II/Assistant (W5–W6): 35 years. Relaxations: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC (NCL) – 3 years, PwD – up to 10 years, Ex‑Servicemen – 5 years, with further relaxation for internal/deputation candidates as per rules.

The selection process is shortlisting followed by Personal Interview: Applications are shortlisted based on eligibility, educational qualifications and relevant post‑qualification experience. Shortlisted candidates are called for a Personal Interview at MMRCL’s office in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. Final selection is made on merit, subject to medical fitness and verification of documents.

Yes, candidates appointed on Regular/Contract basis must execute a Surety Bond ranging roughly from ₹1,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 depending on the grade, as per MMRCL’s Surety & Training Cost Recovery Bond Policy. The bond is not applicable to candidates joining on Deputation.

Post‑qualification experience (as on 1st May 2026) is mandatory and differs by level: GM (E8): 18 years in Govt/PSU or 20 years in Private with minimum CTC ₹30 Lakhs. DGM (E5): 12 years in Govt/PSU or 14 years Private with CTC ₹18 Lakhs. AGM/Manager (E4/E3): 9/6 years in Govt/PSU or 11 years Private with CTC ₹15 Lakhs. Dy. Engineer/Assistant Manager (E2): 5 years Govt/PSU or 7 years Private with CTC ₹10 Lakhs. W‑grade posts: 2–10 years depending on degree/diploma and Govt/Private background as per the advertisement.
