There is a total of 1 contractual vacancy for the post of Consultant (Clinical Establishments) located at NCDC, Shamnath Marg, Delhi, under the Secretariat for National Council for Clinical Establishments.

The age limit requirements correspond to the post qualification experience as detailed in the qualification table. The age ceilings range up to 35 years, 45 years, 55 years, and 60 years based on the years of experience.

He/She will be paid as per guidelines issued by MoHFW vide O.M. No. Z.28015/10/2017-Est.-II dated 02.09.2021. The Consultant (Clinical Establishments) will be entitled to leave, annual increment, extension of contract and TA/DA for official outstation visits as applicable for a consultant according to the guidelines and procedures for engagement of consultants in the Department of Health & Family Welfare.

The appointment is purely on a contract basis for a period of one year from the date of joining, extendable by one more year depending on performance. The consultant shall not claim for regularization of his/her appointment on any ground whatsoever. The consultant will be bound by the general administrative rules of the Central Government/Ministry of Health as applicable to contractual staff. Entitled to leave of 30 days in a calendar year on a pro-rata basis; salary will be deducted for any additional leave. Biometric attendance shall be marked by the consultant. Engagement is on a full-time basis with working hours from 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM, though official work may be required beyond normal timings or on weekends and holidays in case of exigency. The contract can be terminated by Dte.GHS/MoHFW at any time without assigning any reason, or by the consultant by giving one month's notice.
