  1. UM-DAE CEBS follows 7th CPC academic pay scales applicable to Central Government-aided institutions. All faculty members are also entitled to Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, Children's Education Allowance, Pension Scheme, and Leave Travel Concession (LTC) as admissible for Central Government employees
  2. Additionally, faculty members are eligible for a Contributory Health Service Scheme (CHSS) as per DAE norms
