Freshers are eligible to apply. 1-3 years' experience in a similar field job profile, with exposure to field operations working with the target population, is preferable. A valid Driver's License and a motorcycle are mandatory. Graduate in any discipline (10+2+3). Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, processing, and servicing Business Loans and Affordable Housing Loans with Banks, NBFCs, MFIs, or Housing Finance Companies (HFCs) is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally for field visits. Knowledge of the local language is mandatory.
