NAeL is recruiting across two broad cadres - Operator SS (technical/trade) and Junior Assistant (clerical/functional). The total vacancy count is 28 posts, distributed as follows: Includes shortfall vacancies from previous cycles. The number of vacancies is tentative and may be revised at management's discretion.

Understanding the exact qualification required for each post is essential before applying. Candidates holding higher qualifications than what is prescribed are not eligible and will be rejected at any stage. Part-time, distance education, correspondence, e-learning, or private qualifications are not accepted. All qualifications must be completed on or before 31 May 2026. 1 year of experience in the relevant functional area is an added advantage for Junior Assistant posts. The upper age limit for this recruitment is 28 years as on 31 May 2026 for UR and EWS candidates. Candidates from the UR, OBC, and EWS categories must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹200 (plus applicable bank charges) at the time of online application. The remuneration structure for NAeL FTE posts is fixed and includes basic pay, dearness allowance, HRA, and EPF contributions.
