Qualification / Eligibility
Chief Director (Human Resources): Master's Degree/ Executive MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma (2-years duration) in Human Resources with 15 years of experience in the relevant field, of which minimum 5 years must be in Pay Level-12 or equivalent. Chief Director (General Management): Master's Degree/ Executive MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma (2-years duration) in Cooperative Management/ Cooperative Development/ Agri-Business/ Rural Development with 15 years of experience in the relevant field, of which minimum 5 years must be in Pay Level-12 or equivalent. Chief Director (Sugar): Masters degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Sugar Engineering/ Sugar Technology with 15 years of experience in the relevant field, of which minimum 5 years must be in Pay Level-12 or equivalent. Chief Director (MIS): B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology or MCA with 15 years of experience in the areas of Security/ Analytics/ Database Administration/ Software Development/ Networking/ Server Management/ Database Analysis etc., of which minimum 5 years must be in Pay Level-12 or equivalent.
