Vacancy position is tentative and may increase or decrease. Selected candidates will serve only at the specific NCLT Bench for which they are selected. GPRA benefit: Only officers already availing GPRA in their parent body can continue this benefit after joining NCLT on deputation. Others are not eligible to apply for GPRA on joining NCLT. Cadre authorities must verify that all particulars sent by their officers are correct as per official records before forwarding applications. Pre-01.01.2016 regular service will be treated as service in the corresponding level of the 7th CPC pay matrix for eligibility determination.
