Qualification: Officers of the Central Govt. or State Govt. or Union Territory Administrations or Public sector undertaking or Universities or recognized research institutions or semi-government or autonomous bodies or statutory organizations holding analogous posts or with regular service in specified levels. Experience: Holding analogous posts on regular basis in parent cadre or department; or 5 years regular service in Level-10 (Rs. 56100-177500); or 6 years regular service in Level-8 (Rs. 47600-15100); or 7 years regular service in Level-7 (Rs. 44900-142400). Age limit: Maximum 56 years (as on closing date of receipt of application) Other conditions: Applicants are requested to invariably indicate their e-mail and mobile number in their application form.

Departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation.

Initially for a period of one year which may be extended further. Period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
