NEHU Guest Faculty Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 29 Posts

NEHU has announced Guest Faculty vacancies for various subjects under the Integrated Teacher Education Programme. The subject-wise vacancy details are given below.

Candidates applying for NEHU Guest Faculty Recruitment 2026 must fulfil the educational qualification requirements mentioned in the official notification. The required qualification varies according to the subject. Candidates should have a Postgraduate degree in the concerned or relevant subject with the required marks along with B.Ed./M.Ed. qualification and other eligibility conditions. Postgraduate degree in concerned/relevant subject with 55% marks or equivalent grade. B.Ed./M.Ed. with 55% marks or equivalent grade. NET/SLET/SET in Education or concerned subject, or Ph.D. in Education or concerned subject as applicable. The notification specifies subject-wise specialization and qualification requirements for Guest Faculty positions.

Selected Guest Faculty members will receive remuneration based on the lecture rate mentioned in the notification. The Guest Faculty posts are purely temporary and remuneration will be paid at the rate of Rs. 1,500 per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs. 50,000 per month.
