\A total of 2 vacancies are available - 1 for Senior Pavement Design cum Material Expert and 1 for Quantity Surveyor (QS).

Senior Pavement Design cum Material Expert: Essential: Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute. Desirable: Postgraduate (ME/M Tech) in Highway/ Pavement or other related field from a recognized University/Institute. Desirable: PhD in Pavement/Highway engineering or other related field. Experience: Minimum 20 years of overall professional experience in highway projects. Hand-on experience in Pavement Design and in life cycle costing under IRC 37/IRC 58, and other international codes and Design Software. Implementation of performance-graded binders/ modified bitumen, recycling technologies and innovative pavement technologies such as Geosynthetics, WMA etc. Experience in pavement forensic investigation and failure analysis specifically in pavement design, construction, quality assurance, maintenance and pavement management. Quantity Surveyor (QS):

Senior Pavement Design cum Material Expert: Maximum 65 years. Quantity Surveyor (QS): Maximum 45 years. Age relaxation can be relaxed by the Chairman.
