NHM Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for 2 Non Medical Supervisor NLEP under NHM, Psychologist Posts

The notice is issued by the Mission Director, National Health Mission, Chandigarh, from the 4th Floor, Administrative Block, GMSH-16, Chandigarh. The posts are under NHM: the Psychologist post is attached to DEIC-RBSK and the Non Medical Supervisor post to NLEP.

The notice does not print a PIN code, an envelope superscription or a postal mode. Prepare the Bio-data on the Application Format, which is available on the website www.nrhmchd.gov.in . Attach self-attested photocopies of certificates and testimonials from matriculation onwards. Attach one recent attested passport size photograph. Submit the application to the O/o Mission Director at the address above so that it is received by 16 November 2026, 1.00 pm. Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

The notice shows no vacancy under the SC and OBC columns for either post. A Post-Graduate degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology or Applied Psychology (full time course). Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology or Medical & Social Psychology obtained after completion of a full time course of two years which includes supervised clinical training, from any University recognized by the University Grants Commission established under the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and approved and recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992. BSc (full time course) with 5 years experience in the field of health, OR training as Non-Medical Supervisor with 5 years experience of working in Govt. or NGO organization in the field of Leprosy. The criteria of selection printed in the notice is a written test of 100 marks. The list of eligible candidates and details regarding the written test will be displayed on the official website www.nrhmchd.gov.in on 30 November 2026. The notice does not print the syllabus, the number of questions, the duration or the test date. The Mission Director reserves the right to cancel the written test without assigning any reason. No TA/DA will be paid for the written test.

Both posts are on contract basis initially up to 31 March 2027, extendable depending on performance and conduct etc. or the duration of the project. The Mission Director, NHM reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies. Only candidates with the requisite qualifications mentioned in the notice are to apply.
