| Details | Essential Qualification: Ph.D. / Post Graduate / Graduate degree in the respective field from a Centrally Funded Institution (CFI) under Ministry of Education, Government of India. | Experience Required: | 10 / 12 / 15 years of experience after Ph.D. / PG / Graduation respectively. Minimum 3 years in very senior positions (GM / Director / Tech Head / R&D Head / Project Head) in top reputed organizations / top 100 Corporates / ISRO / DRDO / National Research Labs (Scientist F level or above). | Desirable Exposure: | Product design & development, Patents, Technology Transfer Guided internships / student projects Teaching experience at CFIs Research publications in SCI / WoS journals Collaboration with funding agencies, startups / unicorns Consultancy & sponsored research experience | Age Limit: Below 70 years. | Note: Exceptional candidates with outstanding contributions may be considered even if they do not fully meet the above criteria. |
