M.Tech./M.E./M.S. by Research or equivalent postgraduate degree in Computer Science & Engineering/IT/ECE or relevant branch with minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks and with a GATE/NET qualified. OR Candidate with a B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering/IT/ECE or relevant branch with a minimum CGPA of 7.5 (on a 10-point scale) and a valid GATE score.
