NSPCL has announced a total of 17 vacancies across six posts. The projected category-wise vacancy break-up is as follows: Note: SC/ST/PwBD candidates who have secured pass marks are also eligible to apply. Vacancies for PwBD candidates will be provided as per Government guidelines.

The upper age limit for all posts is 32 years as on the last date of online application. Age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for PwBD candidates as per Government of India guidelines. Relaxation of age is also applicable to Ex-Servicemen as per Government guidelines. Candidates should ensure that they fulfill the prescribed age criteria. Selected candidates can be posted across India at any of NSPCL's projects/stations, including Subsidiaries/JV companies of NSPCL. All posts are transferable at the sole discretion of the Management.

NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Post-Qualification Experience

Selected candidates for all posts will be placed in Grade E1 with a pay scale of Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 1,40,000/- under the IDA pattern. Selected candidates will be placed at the initial basic pay of the respective pay scale. Other benefits such as Dearness Allowance, perquisites, allowances, and terminal benefits will be admissible as per company rules in force from time to time.

The application fee must be paid online through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI. The fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, so candidates are advised to verify their eligibility before paying the registration fee.

Eligible candidates will have to appear for an All India based Online Selection Test. The selection process for NSPCL Recruitment 2026 consists of the following stages: Online Selection Test: Comprises two parts - Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT). Candidates are required to qualify both SKT and EAT separately. Personal Interview: Based on merit and requirement of the post, shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview. The final selection will be based on 85% weightage of the online selection test and 15% weightage of interview marks . Candidates have to choose any two cities as Preference-I and Preference-II as their test centre; no change will be considered subsequently, and NSPCL reserves the right to cancel or add any centre depending on candidate response for that area/centre.

Reservations, relaxations, and concessions for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/XSM/PwBD candidates will be provided as per Government orders. Candidates claiming to belong to any particular category shall necessarily have a valid EWS/SC/ST/Disability certificate/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate, as the case may be, from the competent authority in the latest prescribed format of the Government of India. Category once filled in the online application form will not be changed and no benefit of other category will be admissible later on. Where there is a vacancy identified for such category, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for PwBD candidates. Relaxation of age to Ex-Servicemen will be as per Government guidelines.

Selected candidates belonging to the General category will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 5,00,000/-. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD categories will need to execute a bond of Rs. 2,50,000/-, to serve NSPCL for at least 4 years after joining the company. Candidates should have sound health. Before joining, candidates will have to undergo medical examination at any NSPCL-notified/empanelled hospital, and the decision of NSPCL will be final and binding.
