The official notice includes several critical instructions that every shortlisted candidate must follow. Non-compliance with these instructions may affect a candidate's eligibility for the interview schedule
1. Report Early - One and a Half Hours Before the Interview schedule
All shortlisted candidates are required to report at the Commission's office one and a half hours before the scheduled commencement of the interview schedule . For example, candidates in the 10:30 AM slot should arrive by 9:00 AM, and those in the 02:30 PM slot should arrive by 1:00 PM.
2. Submit Required Documents as per Notice No. 1306/PSC dt. 02.03.2026
Candidates must carry and submit all documents as specified in Office Notice No. 1306/PSC, dated 02.03.2026. This document list is available on the official OPSC website at www.opsc.gov.in. Failure to produce required documents may result in disqualification from the interview schedule process.
3. Pedagogy Skill Presentation Is Part of the Interview schedule
This is an important instruction highlighted in the official notice. Candidates must come prepared to present a topic of their choice within 8 to 10 minutes before the interview schedule board as part of the pedagogy skill evaluation. A white board will be provided by the Commission for this purpose. This is a mandatory component of the Stage-I interview and candidates should prepare accordingly.
4. Candidature Is Provisional
It is clearly stated in the notice that shortlisting is purely provisional. The candidature is subject to rejection at any stage if any inadequacy or deficiency is found during or after the selection process. Candidates are reminded that merely appearing in the interview schedule does not guarantee selection.
