Other conditions: Excellent communication skills in the local language essential, fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage. Desirable: MSW/MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/ Psychology/ B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri.), B.Sc. (Agri Marketing)/B.A. with B.Ed. etc.

Qualification required: Graduate (any i.e., Science/Commerce/Arts) or Post Graduate. Age limit: 22 to 40 years. Pay: Rs. 30,000 per month. Qualification required: Passed 7th Standard. Experience required: Should have experience preferably in agriculture/ gardening/ horticulture. Age limit: 22 to 40 years. Pay: Rs. 12,000 per month.

The engagement is purely temporary and on a contractual basis. Period of three years subject to annual review by the selection committee. The selected candidate will have no right or claim for regular or permanent appointment in this organization.

Written Test Personal Interview Written Test to assess General Knowledge and Computer capability. Personal Interview to assess communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, problem solving ability and ability to get along with the trainees, developmental approach. Demonstration/Presentation to assess teaching skills and communication capability.
