Application Fee
Fee will be accepted by online mode only. No other mode for depositing fee is acceptable. The fee once paid shall neither be refunded under any circumstances nor held in reserve for any other recruitment or selection. Submission of application shall be considered complete only if the application fee has been deposited and showing "Paid" in the online application form. How to Apply
- 1Candidates will apply online through the PSPCL website www.pspcl.in in English only. No other means/mode of submission including manual/paper applications will be accepted. The application process is in three steps: Step-I (Registration and Form Filling), Step-II (Online Fee Payment), and Step-III (Print Application Form). Candidate should have a valid personal mobile number and personal e-mail ID which should be kept active during the entire recruitment process.
- 2Candidates are advised not to wait till the last date and should submit their application and deposit the fee at the same time. PSPCL shall not be held responsible if any candidate is unable to submit application and fee due to last-minute rush or any internet/bank transaction issue.

Important Instructions
Online applications only - no other mode will be accepted; application without deposit of requisite fee shall be rejected. Category/sub-category once filled in the online application cannot be changed under any circumstances; candidature of a candidate who applies under wrong category will be rejected without further notice. On successful registration, candidates are advised not to attempt re-registration for the same post; only the latest application (with highest/latest application number) shall be entertained and fees paid against one application number shall not be adjusted against any other. For EWS category, it is mandatory to produce Income and Asset Certificate showing gross annual income for FY 2025-26 valid for FY 2026-27; candidates who have not yet obtained this certificate are advised to apply immediately to concerned authorities. Sports Person category candidates must submit their Sports Gradation certificates to the Recruitment Section, Head Office, PSPCL, Patiala before or up to the last date of online application submission. Only certificates issued by O/o Director Sports, Punjab are valid. Candidature of a candidate is purely provisional subject to fulfillment of eligibility after document checking; mere issue of admit card/passing of online examination will not imply candidature has been finally cleared. Candidates appearing for document checking must appear personally; nobody on the candidate's behalf can appear. Two chances (the second being final) will be given for document checking; failure on both occasions will result in cancellation of candidature. Selected candidates issued appointment letter will be given 21 days to join PSPCL; failure to join within the stipulated period will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment letter. Candidates working in Govt./Quasi Govt. offices/PSUs must submit a No Objection Certificate from their employer at the time of joining. Validity of selection panels will be one year from the date of approval of 1st selection panel by the competent authority; waiting list shall cease after expiry of panel validity. Mobile phones, cell phones, hand bags, electronics/non-electronics instruments, ornaments etc. are strictly not allowed in the examination complex. At the exam venue, candidates must bring Admit Card and Aadhaar Card along with one more photo identity proof in original (Employer ID (Govt.), Driving License, Voter Card, Passport).
