Important Instructions

Application submission is complete only when the requisite fee is deposited and shows "Paid" status. Application without fee will be rejected. Category/sub-category once filled in the online application cannot be changed. Candidature of a candidate applying under a wrong category will be rejected without notice. Reservation benefits are applicable only to Punjab Domicile candidates. Domicile proof must be produced at document checking. EWS candidates must produce Income and Asset Certificate showing gross annual income for FY 2025-26, valid for FY 2026-27. Sports Person category candidates must submit Sports Gradation Certificates to the Recruitment Section, Head Office, PSPCL, Patiala before or up to the last date of submission of online application. Candidature is purely provisional subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria at document checking. Passing the online exam does not guarantee appointment. Candidates will be given a maximum of 2 chances to appear for document checking. Failure to appear on both occasions will result in cancellation of candidature without further notice. Selected candidates will be given 21 days to join after issuance of appointment letter. A final notice of 21 days will be given if not joined on schedule; failure to join within the extended period will automatically cancel the appointment letter. Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/PSU organizations must submit a No Objection Certificate from their employer at the time of joining. Mobile phones, smartwatches, electronic gadgets, handbags, and other prohibited items are strictly not allowed inside the examination hall. Multiple registrations for the same post should be avoided. Only the application with the highest/latest application number will be considered; fees paid for other registrations will not be adjusted. No TA/DA will be paid for travel to online test, document checking, or any other stage of recruitment. PSPCL reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, cancel the entire/partial recruitment, or modify any condition of CRA 318/26 at any stage without notice.
