Eligibility (educational qualification and banking experience) varies by post - see the Vacancy Details table above. Senior Accountant, Junior Accountant, and Senior Clerk posts require a minimum of 7, 5, and 2 years' banking experience respectively; the notification does not specify a minimum experience requirement for the Clerk-cum-Cashier/Field Supervisor post, though incomplete applications "without experience (as applicable)" will not be entertained, so applicable experience should be furnished where relevant.

Shortlisted candidates may be contacted and required to appear for a Personal Interview/Assessment/Written Test, as per Bank requirements, covering Banking knowledge, General Awareness, and Aptitude, depending on the position applied for. Preference shall be given to experienced candidates who would be able to achieve the targets. Selected candidates will be required to submit original documents for verification. Upon successful verification and background check, an official offer letter will be issued by the Bank. The matter shall be subject to the sole discretion of the Bank, whose decision shall be final and binding on all concerned. The selected candidate may be posted at any branch of the Bank.

Applications must be filled in the applicant's own handwriting; typed or unsigned applications without a handwritten form will not be entertained. The application must be submitted in a sealed envelope, with the post applied for clearly superscribed on top.
