Desirable Qualifications: For Assistant Professor in Pedagogy: M.Ed. or M.Ed. with specialisation; Ph.D. in Education. For Assistant Professor in Educational Studies: Master's degree in Psychology, Philosophy, Sociology or allied subjects.

The teaching positions carry a fixed pay under the Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP). As the course is self-finance, the salary is negotiable.
