Important Instructions
Engagement is purely contractual - initially for 3 years; may be extended based on project requirements and performance; may be terminated earlier due to non-availability of work, unsatisfactory performance, or administrative reasons. Selected candidates must execute a Service Agreement for one year at the time of engagement. Failure to complete this period will attract a penalty of three months' gross salary in addition to the notice period. A mandatory notice period of three months is required prior to resignation.
