How to Apply
- 1The application process is entirely online through the National Apprenticeship India portal. No physical copy of the application is to be sent to the DRM Office, Raipur Division, or Wagon Repair Shop, Raipur. Candidates must register on the portal, fill in all required details accurately, and upload soft/scanned copies of their recent passport-size colour photograph, signature, and all necessary documents pertaining to educational and technical qualification.
- 2SC/ST/OBC candidates must also upload their recent caste certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format and verify their Aadhaar on the portal. OBC candidates must additionally upload a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate - the OBC certificate must not be older than one year from the closing date of this notification.
- 3PwBD candidates must upload a disability certificate from a Medical Board constituted by the Central or State Government certifying not less than 40% disability. EWS candidates must produce their EWS certificate as per sample Annexure-E at the time of document verification.

Important Instructions
- Candidates must read all instructions carefully before applying. Applications must be submitted only through the official portal - no other mode of application will be accepted. Canvassing in any form will immediately disqualify the candidate.
- No Travelling Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid to candidates for any stage of the recruitment. If at any stage it is found that a candidate has furnished wrong, fake, or false certificates, the Railway Administration reserves the right to discharge the candidate without notice - even after selection for training.
- Apply online only at https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in No physical copy of the application to be sent to the DRM Office or Wagon Repair Shop. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification. Candidates must already hold the required qualifications on the date of notification (05.05.2026) - candidates awaiting results are not eligible. All original documents must be produced at the time of document verification. No TA/DA will be paid for any stage of the recruitment. The Railway Administration's decision in all matters is final and binding.
