Candidates in all five domains must be below 32 years of age as on the last date of receipt of application. Educational qualification and experience requirements differ by domain, as detailed below.

Crime Data Analyst: Analyses state-wide crime data with a primary focus on crimes against women and children, identifies crime patterns, and prepares analytical reports for evidence-based policing. Monitoring of Naveen Nyay Samhitas: Monitors implementation and compliance of the Naveen Nyay Sanhitas (BNS, BNSS, and BSA) across the state, building compliance dashboards and tracking implementation progress. Road Safety Data Analyst: Analyses road accident data, identifies trends and risk factors, and recommends evidence-based interventions to reduce accidents. Drug Control Data Analyst: Analyses narcotics-related data to identify trends, patterns, and emerging threats, and recommends enforcement strategies. Enabling AI in Policing: Explores, evaluates, and implements Artificial Intelligence solutions to strengthen predictive policing and digital investigations.

The consolidated remuneration for the Young Professional is fixed at Rs. 45,000 per month, uniform across all five domain areas. Selected candidates will not be paid any other financial benefits such as Medical Reimbursement, House Rent Allowance (HRA), or Transport Allowance, apart from this consolidated remuneration.

Appointment will be made on contractual basis in accordance with the RTPP (Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement) Rules and Rajasthan Police policies. Selection will be through a suitability assessment comprising a Written Test, Practical Test, and Interview.

Selected candidates will be engaged on a full-time contractual basis for a fixed period of one year, and cannot take up any other assignment with any other agency, organisation, or employer during this period. Posting will be at Police Headquarters, Jaipur, under the guidance and supervision of Rajasthan Police officers. Selected candidates must furnish a Declaration of Fidelity and Secrecy in the prescribed format, given the confidential nature of information they may access during the engagement. On completion of the fixed one-year tenure, selected candidates must return all materials, files, data, e-mails, passwords, and other information in their possession, and sign an undertaking not to divulge any information encountered during the assignment, even after leaving.
