The actual number of visits assigned per doctor will be decided based on response received and doctor availability.

Qualification and minimum experience required vary by specialty - see the specialty-wise table above. Broadly, candidates need a postgraduate medical qualification (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) relevant to the specialty, along with 5 years of experience after post-graduation (15 years after graduation for Physiotherapists; specific cardiac/nephrology/urology centre attachment experience required for Cardiologist, Nephrologist, and Urologist posts). Must be a registered Medical Practitioner with an MBBS degree. Minimum 10 years of experience, excluding internship period. Must have their own dispensary/clinic in the relevant panel area, with full OPD facilities and an online computer system. Clinic must be equipped to conduct routine immunization and minor surgical procedures.

The notification does not specify the honorarium amount, visit frequency-based payment, or per-patient reimbursement rates in advance. For Honorary Doctors, the honorarium and duration/frequency of visits will be conveyed by the Selection Committee at the time of the personal interview. For Panel Doctors, the rates of reimbursement per patient will similarly be conveyed at the interview stage.

Selection is through a personal interview; eligible candidates will be intimated in writing about the date, time, and venue. No written examination is mentioned in the notification. No communication (written or telephonic) will be entertained after the closing date of application submission. Management reserves the right to consider applications from doctors with less experience than advertised, if the number of applications received is fewer than three times the number of advertised posts. Management reserves the right to modify the number of posts. The company's decision on engagement will be final; no correspondence on the decision will be entertained.
