Candidates must fill the Google form; no candidate will be allowed to appear in the Interview without filling the Google form. 4% seats shall be reserved for DIVYANG (Person with Disability [PwD]) candidates on horizontal basis. Candidates currently working in Govt. Hospitals/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies etc. should bring "No Objection Certificate/prior intimation certificate" and "Experience certificate" from their present employer at the time of Interview. Candidates applying for the post of Medical Officer should be registered with Medical Council of India /State Medical Council.
