The payment for services is a fixed monthly amount per post (shown in the vacancy table). The notice also states: Tentative project/work duration is 12 months for each post; the initial tenure of engagement is 12 months, extendable based on the performance of the individual and/or requirement of the project. The engagement may be extended by one year at a time, on the same project only, subject to a satisfactory Annual Performance Review based on Key Performance Indicators. No extension is given beyond the age of 65 years. Where the contract is for more than one year, remuneration may be reviewed annually, based on the escalation received in the client's fee for the previous year. Consultants on full-time basis may not take up any other assignment during the consultancy. Candidates working in any organisation, including Government Departments/PSU and departmental candidates of RITES, can join only after being properly relieved.
