- Selection will be purely merit-based on academic qualification marks. There is no written examination or oral interview.
- Stage 1 - Merit List Preparation
- Marks weightage for selection will be calculated as follows:
- Stage 2 - Document Verification
- Top 10 candidates per vacancy will be called for document verification based on the merit list. Selection will be finalised only after verification of all original documents and certificates.
- Stage 3 - Medical Fitness
- Selected candidates must submit a government medical board fitness certificate within 7 days of joining.
- Note: No written exam or oral test is conducted. Merit list is the sole basis for shortlisting.
- A wait list (valid for 1 year from date of result or next recruitment exercise
- whichever is earlier) will be maintained for each post category. Candidates on the wait list may be considered if originally selected candidates do not join.
- Contractual appointment will be for 1 year initially
- renewable based on performance review by the Principal and School Management Committee. Either party may terminate the contract with 3 months' prior notice or 3 months' salary in lieu thereof. The School Management Committee may terminate without prior notice upon completion of the contract period. Contractual employees will NOT be entitled to pension
