Appointment is purely on a contractual basis for one year, extendable to three years, with a one-month break after completion of every 11 months of service, as per Sainik Schools Cell, MoD, New Delhi guidelines. Services can be terminated at any point without assigning any reason; no extension of service will be entertained, including on medical or compassionate grounds. Individuals may be assigned secondary duties at the discretion of the Principal/Vice Principal/Administrative Officer, without extra remuneration, allowance, or rest. If any declaration or information furnished is found to be wrong or suppressed, candidature can be cancelled at any stage, or services terminated even after joining, without notice period, pay, or reason.
