SBI has notified 207 tentative vacancies. The vacancies mentioned are indicative, and the Bank reserves the right to transfer selected officers to any of its offices, associates, subsidiaries, or other organizations, depending on the exigencies of service.

For Relationship Manager–Team Lead, Investment Specialist, Investment Officer, VP Wealth, and AVP Wealth posts, candidates must indicate three different preferred Circles while applying. No request for change of Circle preference will be entertained at any stage, and if a candidate does not get their preferred Circle(s), their candidature may be considered for other Circles.

All qualification and experience criteria are reckoned as on 31-08-2026. Teaching and training experience will not be counted for eligibility, and experience of less than six months in any organization will not be considered.

Maximum age indicated is for Unreserved category candidates; relaxation in the upper age limit is available to reserved category candidates as per Government of India guidelines.

Annual CTC is negotiable and depends on the candidate's experience, current emoluments, and place of posting. All posts are eligible for Performance Linked Pay (0% to 45% of Fixed Pay) and an Annual Increment Band, based on performance rating as per the Bank's policy. The contract period is 5 years, renewable for another 4 years at the Bank's discretion, and can be terminated by either side with 2 months' notice or payment/surrender of 2 months' compensation in lieu. The application fee and intimation charges (non-refundable) are ₹750 for UR/EWS/OBC candidates; there is no fee for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. The fee, once paid, will not be refunded or adjusted for any other examination or selection.

Shortlisting: mere fulfilment of minimum qualification and experience does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview; the shortlisting committee decides the parameters and number of candidates called. Interview: one or more rounds of personal, telephonic, or video interview, carrying 100 marks; the qualifying marks are decided by the Bank. CTC Negotiation: conducted individually with shortlisted candidates, at the time of interview or after completion of the interview process. Merit List: prepared in descending order based on interview scores only; candidates tied at the cut-off mark are ranked by age, in descending order.
