MBBS with postgraduate Degree/Diploma/DNB in the concerned specialty from a recognized University/Institution. Valid registration with Delhi-Medical Council (DMC) with MBBS and requisite post graduate qualification or candidate has applied for DMC registration and has proof of 'having a applied for at the time of interview. The candidate must not have completed 03 years Senior Residency in any recognized institution including regular and adhoc period.

Maximum age limit is 45 years for General candidates. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 05 years extra for Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) candidates, as on the date of the interview.

As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix of Level 11 (Rs. 67700-208700) other usual allowances as admissible under the rules.
