These posts carry an initial engagement of 3 years, extendable up to 2 additional years based on project requirement and performance, with posting anywhere in India. PwBD candidates are encouraged to apply on all the above posts; preference will be given based on suitability, as stated in the notification.

Besides Basic Pay, regular position holders are entitled to Dearness Allowance, HRA/Lease Allowance, Provident Fund, Medical benefits, Gratuity, New Pension Scheme, post-retirement medical facilities, House Building Advance, Child Education Loan, Conveyance Advance, Multipurpose Advance, Leave Encashment, Insurance, Mobile & Laptop, and other benefits as per Company rules. Basic Pay protection is available for PSU and Government employees as per DPE guidelines. Fixed term position holders additionally get market-aligned fixed pay, HRA/Bachelor's accommodation depending on place of posting, Mediclaim, Conveyance, Mobile & call charges, Leave Encashment, and TA/DA as per internal Company policy.

The application fee, once paid, is non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the candidature is later rejected. Candidates are advised to verify their eligibility before paying the fee.

SECI reserves the right to revise the eligibility criteria upward, or limit the number of applications called for a post, based on marks obtained in Graduation/Post-Graduation/Diploma or years of relevant experience. Depending on the number of applications received, SECI may conduct a screening test, written test, trade test, or skill test, as deemed fit. Only shortlisted candidates found eligible based on the notified specifications will be called for a Written Test/Group Discussion/Interview. Mere possession of the minimum prescribed qualification and experience does not entitle a candidate to be called for the next stage. The selection process stages will be updated on the SECI website's Careers section, and candidates are advised to check it periodically.

Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. A candidate may apply for more than one position if eligible, but must submit a separate application for each post. Candidates employed in Government departments/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies must forward their application through proper channel or produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the interview stage. Teaching experience will not be counted towards post-qualification experience. All appointments are subject to medical fitness as per Company rules. Selected candidates are liable to be posted at any Unit/Area/Project under SECI's control in different States or locations. Any dispute regarding this recruitment will be settled within the jurisdiction of Delhi Court only. Candidates previously removed/terminated/who deserted employment from SECI will not be considered.
