SGTPS MPPGCL ITI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Notification Out - Apply Online for 95 Posts

Note: Only candidates who apply through both the online portal and the offline mode will be treated as eligible. Applications received after 5:30 PM on 21 September 2026 at the office will not be accepted.

Candidate must have passed ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in the relevant trade from a Government/private recognised Industrial Training Institute. Candidate must not have been previously registered for apprenticeship in any establishment, nor worked in any institution for 1 year or more. Candidate must be a domicile/original resident of Madhya Pradesh. Candidate may apply for only one trade ; applying for more than one trade may lead to rejection of the application. Note: Registration on the Government of India Apprenticeship Portal (apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) is mandatory before applying.

Note: Age is reckoned as on 01 January 2026 for all categories.

Stipend is paid as per the rates prescribed by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India. No other allowance or benefit is admissible. During the apprenticeship, trainees are entitled to 13 days casual leave, 10 days medical leave, and weekly off.

There is no written exam or interview. Selection is purely merit-based. Applications received are first screened to confirm eligibility. Eligible candidates are then selected on a merit list based on the percentage of total marks (CGPA, averaged across semesters) obtained in their ITI trade. In case of a tie in marks, the older candidate is given priority. A waiting list may be used if required. Final selection is subject to a medical fitness certificate issued by the District Medical Officer. Candidates who do not join within the stipulated time will have their selection cancelled.

Selected apprentices must arrange their own accommodation. Company housing, if available, may be provided only during the training period on a shared basis, at a prescribed fee, and trainees allotted such housing cannot live with family. Selected trainees must arrange their own safety equipment (helmet, gloves, safety shoes, goggles, etc.). Selected apprentices must have accident insurance of at least ₹1,00,000/-, and a copy of the policy must be provided to the office. Workmen's Compensation Rules, 1923 apply in case of an accident. Selected candidates must submit portal registration proof, insurance policy, medical certificate, a photocopy of Aadhaar card, and a bond on ₹500 stamp paper to the office.
