The ST vacancy figure of 6 includes 3 backlog vacancies. PwBD vacancies are horizontal and already included within the vacancies of the respective parent category. In case suitable candidates are not found for the 2 PwBD backlog vacancies, they will be filled from other PwBD sub-categories, if found suitable. The candidate should not be more than 28 years old as on June 30, 2026. The candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant. The candidate should have cleared the CA Final examination in not more than two attempts. This criterion may be relaxed for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD categories, if required. Nil. The notification does not require prior work experience for this post.

Selected candidates will be offered a remuneration of ₹12.00 lakh per annum on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis, inclusive of fixed and variable components. Additional facilities such as Group Insurance will also be provided. An annual increment on the initially fixed CTC will be considered based on periodic performance review. The salary includes a variable component of 10%, released subject to satisfactory performance as decided by the Bank.

Selected candidates shall be posted with Head Office Verticals at Mumbai, Delhi, and Lucknow, and at various Branch Offices of SIDBI, mainly in Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and nearby states. SIDBI reserves the right to post or transfer contractual staff to any of its offices, or depute them to any associate/subsidiary or other organization as per service requirements.

The initial contract term for CCA is 3 years, subject to an interim review. The contract may be extended, at the Bank's sole discretion, for a further period of up to 2 years. The contract can be terminated by either side with 3 months' notice, or salary/allowances in lieu thereof.

The role of the Consultant Credit Analyst (illustrative, not exhaustive) includes: Business development, appraisal of MSME credit proposals, sanctions, disbursements, customer management, credit monitoring, and follow-up (at Branch Offices/Regional Offices). Timely completion of review/renewal of proposals and accounts. Representing SIDBI on various forums and as a member of credit committees. Operational work at SIDBI Verticals (for candidates posted at Head Office), such as Risk Management, Institutional Finance, Venture Finance & Investment, Direct Credit, NBFC, Digital Initiatives, Strategy and Innovations, and Audit Verticals. Any other work assigned by the Bank from time to time.

Selection is done through shortlisting and personal interview at Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, and Ahmedabad. SIDBI may conduct an online Psychometric Test or any other suitable test to assess personality, communication level, problem-solving ability, efficiency, and suitability for the post. Results of the Psychometric Test may be placed before the interview panel for a thorough perspective on candidates. The Bank reserves the right to modify the selection procedure if deemed fit. Merit List: Prepared in descending order based solely on interview scores. Wait List: SIDBI may draw a wait list to meet actual requirements, if needed. In case of a tie in interview scores, candidates will be ranked by age in descending order (older candidate ranked higher), both in the select list and wait list.
