SMP SMP Dy Personnel Officer Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for 3 Posts

There are a total of 3 vacancies available for the post of Dy Personnel Officer under the General Administration Department (Labour & Industrial Relations Division) at Kolkata Dock System.

The upper age limit for direct recruitment is 35 years. Crucial date for determining eligibility is the last date of submission of application, i.e., 30 October 2026.

While on deputation, officers may elect to draw either the pay in the scale of pay of the post in KDS, SMPK or their basic pay in the parent organization plus deputation allowance (5% or 10% of basic pay subject to ceilings). Cafeteria allowance up to 35% of Basic Pay is applicable if opting for the KDS pay scale. HRA is payable at rates prevailing in Kolkata Dock System, SMPA.

The selection process is based on deputation / absorption from amongst eligible officers from Major Port Authorities, satisfying the provisions of the Recruitment Rules, along with verification of ACRs/APARs and required certificates.

The crucial date for determining eligibility is 30 October 2026. Deputation will be initially for three (03) years, further extendable by 02 more years. If advance copies are sent, the application through proper channel must reach within 15 days of the last date, i.e., by 14 November 2026. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will be rejected. If any major or minor penalty has been imposed during the last 10 years, disciplinary details and CVC-format vigilance report must be sent by the forwarding authority. Pay scale granted as financial up-gradation under MACPS should not be indicated as regular service in the grade.
