Below is the complete list of 29 posts advertised, with number of vacancies, institute, consolidated monthly honorarium, and upper age limit, exactly as given in the official notification. Note: Almost all posts have an upper age limit of 63 years. The one exception is Cameraman (Still Photography) at FTII, Itanagar, which has a significantly lower upper age limit of 30 years — candidates should take note of this while checking eligibility.

Each post has detailed essential and desirable qualifications in the official notification, often with 2–3 alternative qualification routes (e.g., a professional degree route vs. a Master's degree route vs. a general-experience route). Application fee is Rs. 1,200/- for each post applied for. Fee is to be paid through SBI Collect under the category "Application Fee (Recruitment)". A copy of the payment receipt must be uploaded while submitting the online application form. SC, ST, PWD, and female applicants are exempted from payment of application fees, as per extant GOI practice. Candidates applying for more than one post must pay the fee separately for each post. All engagements will initially be for one year, which may be extended further for a maximum of one additional year, subject to satisfactory performance review. The contract is liable to be terminated by either side by giving one month's notice, without assigning any reason. The contractual engagement does not confer any right to regularization or absorption against any post at FTII, Itanagar or SRFTI, Kolkata. The selected candidate will be required to join on an immediate basis. Selected candidates who wish to avail a staff quarter will be charged rent as per their post/category; allotment of staff quarter is subject to availability. The crucial date for reckoning the age limit is the last date fixed for receipt of application, i.e., 03.08.2026. Experience for each post is counted only after the candidate's qualifying degree/diploma/certificate; a supporting document is required. SRFTI
