1) Educational Qualification Additional Mandatory Requirement: As per Punjab Civil Services (General and Common Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994, Rule 17: Candidates must have passed Matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects OR any other equivalent examination in Punjabi language as specified by Punjab Government. Cut-off Date for Qualification: Candidates must possess the required educational/technical qualifications before the last date for submission of online application forms (i.e., 06.04.2026) .
